We ship sass across the country (and parts of the globe), but here’s what you need to know before you start tracking your mail carrier like it’s your ex’s location. (Don’t worry, we won’t tell. 😉)

🌍 Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and to a few international destinations. If you’re outside the U.S. and able to checkout, you’re good to go!

⏱️ When will I get my order? 

Most orders are printed, packed, and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location, but once it leaves our hands, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow the journey.

We know waiting sucks — but these items are made just for you, Queen. And trust us… they’re definitely worth it. 😉

💌 Who handles the shipping?

Your items are printed and shipped through our trusted partner, Printify. That means they manage production and delivery, and you get tracking details once your order is on the move.

🚫 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We do not accept order changes or cancellations once your order is placed — everything moves fast behind the scenes.

Double-check your address, size, and sass level before checking out.

🔁 What if my order gets lost or arrives wrong?

Stuff happens. If your item shows up damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at holdmydrink@nosipsgiven.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Just a heads-up:

We don’t cover:

• Packages lost because your address had a typo (triple-check before checkout!)

• “Oops, I picked the wrong size” moments

• Cold feet after checkout

💵 Do you offer free shipping?

Yep! Shipping is free (up to $15) when you order directly through our website — no surprise fees, no drama.

Just note: if you’re shopping through other platforms (like Google or Meta), additional shipping costs may apply depending on how those systems pull our listings.

🐌 My package is taking forever — what gives?

Shipping carriers do their best, but sometimes things move slower than Monday mornings.

Weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside our control — but if it’s been more than 15 days, reach out and we’ll help investigate.

We may not control the post office, but we’ll absolutely step in if something goes sideways. We’ve got your back — and your tracking number.
