At No Sips Given™, each item is made to order — printed on demand, just for you. That means we don’t keep stock, accept returns, or offer exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

🔁 That said, we’ve still got your back:

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly defective, we’ll fix it. We partner with Printify to produce your items, and their replacement policy covers the following:

✅ Issues eligible for replacement:

- Misprinted graphics

- Incorrect sizing (if different from what you ordered)

- Damage that occurred during production or shipping

- Significant printing flaws (smudges, streaks, unreadable text)

💡 A Few Helpful Notes:

- Please double-check our size chart before ordering

- Colors may vary slightly from screen to print (that’s normal)

- We don’t offer refunds or store credit for “I changed my mind” energy (Sorry, Queen 👑)

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the item

- A short note (bonus points for a little sarcasm — and a lot of kindness)

We’ll review your claim, confirm it with our production partner, and send a free replacement if it meets the criteria above.
